PCI-Dailey proudly presents the United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) Sports Complex, a paragon of state-of-the-art athletic facility construction. This sprawling 378,400 square foot complex has been meticulously designed and built to cater to a wide array of sports and athletic activities, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to excellence in large-scale construction projects.

At the core of this magnificent complex are 8 full basketball courts and 16 volleyball courts, each constructed with high-quality materials to ensure durability and optimal performance. The courts are strategically placed to maximize space utilization while ensuring seamless movement and accessibility for athletes and spectators alike.

Encircling the interior is an indoor track, a testament to our innovative approach in integrating diverse sporting facilities within a single space. This track, running around the perimeter of the renovated area, offers athletes a top-tier training environment, irrespective of weather conditions.

The UWM Sports Complex also boasts impressive soccer facilities. It houses a full-sized indoor soccer field, catering to professional-level training and matches. Additionally, there is an 8v8 indoor soccer field designed for smaller, more intense games. The inclusion of an outdoor soccer field further diversifies the complex's offerings, providing options for outdoor play and training.

PCI-Dailey's construction approach focused on maximizing the functionality of each space while ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort. As the general contractor responsible for the construction of Brickford Senior Living Center in Canton, Michigan, PCI-Dailey takes immense pride in our role in creating this 50,000+ square foot facility. We meticulously designed and constructed a facility that goes beyond mere accommodation, offering a sense of home and comfort to its residents.

Our approach to this project was centered on crafting a warm, inviting, and safe environment. The dining halls, a key feature of the Brickford Senior Living Center, were built to foster a communal and enjoyable dining experience. We paid special attention to the aesthetics and functionality, ensuring these spaces were not only beautiful but also accommodating to the unique needs of senior residents.

The inclusion of a game room, fitness room, and movie room in our construction plan was a strategic decision to provide diverse recreational options.
