PCI-Dailey Company completed a $30 million transformation of Autoliv’s Auburn Hills campus, including a 188,000-square-foot renovation, a 70,000-square-foot building addition, and redevelopment of the 13.65-acre site. The project was carefully phased to allow the Tier 1 automotive supplier’s business operations to continue throughout construction. Extensive coordination, site logistics, and sequencing were required to integrate the new addition with the existing facility while minimizing disruption to employees and daily operations. The completed project reflects PCI-Dailey’s ability to manage complex, large-scale industrial construction with precision, flexibility, and a strong focus on constructability.
