PCI-Dailey completed the comprehensive renovation of approximately 50,000 square feet at 400 Mack Avenue, transforming the existing building into a modern, multi-specialty ambulatory care center for Wayne Health and Wayne Pediatrics. The project included extensive interior demolition and a complete reconstruction of clinical, patient-care and support spaces throughout the two-story facility.

The first floor incorporates Wayne Pediatrics, an outpatient pharmacy and infusion center, while the second floor was rebuilt as an expansive clinical environment featuring exam and consultation rooms, point-of-care and cardiovascular labs, medication and clean supply areas, staff workspaces and other specialized treatment and support spaces. The facility brings together primary and specialty services including internal medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, nephrology and rheumatology, creating an integrated and patient-focused health care destination in the heart of Midtown Detroit.
