PCI-Dailey served as Construction Manager for the recent renovation of The Dearborn Inn, one of Metro Detroit’s most iconic hospitality landmarks. Originally built by Henry Ford in 1931 and designed by renowned architect Albert Kahn, the property carries nearly a century of architectural, cultural, and community significance.

The renovation required a careful balance of historic preservation, modern hospitality standards, and detailed construction coordination.
