Livonia, MI
PCI-Dailey completed a phased renovation of The Salvation Army Livonia store, transforming the existing retail space and an attached vacant former restaurant into one unified, refreshed store environment. The project encompassed approximately 30,530 square feet on a 2.96-acre site along Plymouth Road, including interior renovations, adaptive reuse of the former restaurant space, and partial rehabilitation and replacement of the existing parking lots and driveways.
A key component of the project was maintaining active store operations throughout construction. PCI-Dailey carefully coordinated the work in two phases, allowing The Salvation Army to continue serving customers and the surrounding community while improvements were underway. The completed project delivered a more functional, updated retail facility while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
